Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dechenling Guest House, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our guests.

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 30 days before check-in: 5% of the room rent will be charged, and 95% will be refundable.
  • 16 to 30 days before check-in: 10% of the room rent will be charged, and 90% will be refundable.
  • 8 to 15 days before check-in: 20% of the room rent will be charged, and 80% will be refundable.
  • 4 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the room rent will be charged, and 50% will be refundable.
  • Less than 4 days before check-in: 80% of the room rent will be charged, and 20% will be refundable.
  • Same day cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.

Modifications:

  • Any modifications to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

Special Circumstances:

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
